TRADE FAIR FORWARDING

Ruger Expo has been involved in trade fair forwarding for years.

In connection with trade fairs we organise transport for exhibitions, unloading and loading with the use of our forklifts, as well as storage of empty packaging. We provide comprehensive support – there is no need for the customer to be present during unloading because we will arrange the exhibits in line with the plan and the guidelines.

We can also handle unloading – we will send packages, fill in the shipping documents and shore up the details, saving the time of exhibitors.

Our company is active in many key fairgrounds and event facilities in Poland, and we are the official trade fair forwarder at some of them. Trade fairs supported by us as every year a forwarder include, inter alia: STOM-TOOL, INNOFORM, TOOLEX, International Mining Trade Fair, Power and Metallurgy Trade Fair, ITM Industry Europe, 4 Design Days, Construction Fairs “Home and Surroundings”.

When a single company provides support during trade fairs any problems and difficulties that may occur during the fairs are solved on the spot, and the tasks to be performed are properly coordinated. In such a case the exhibitor may focus on its key objective: promotion of own products, services and company. Several hundred companies have trusted us so far, many of them cooperate with us on a daily basis – this is a proof of our customers’ confidence.
