3 steps to pricing
1. IDENTIFICATION OF CUSTOMER NEEDS
We will contact you by phone or e-mail to present our preliminary offer. We will arrange a meeting at your site to be able to accurately determine your needs and obtain technical information on machinery, place and time of execution of the order, as well as make initial assumptions of the entire project.
2. ANALYSIS OF THE TASK
Based on the data obtained at the meeting, we conduct a risk analysis and analyse the demand for equipment and personnel. We also find solutions to ensure that the service is carried out correctly and in accordance with the customer’s guidelines, with all safety rules observed. In order to ensure the peace of mind and confidence of our customers, our works are additionally insured.
3. PREPARATION OF AN OFFER
Having prepared the analysis, we present a price offer to our customer, with exact indication of the time limit, works and equipment we plan to use. The price is always defined individually. During a face-to-face conversation we agree on the possible ways of service provision. The customer will then correct our offer, if any change is necessary, and accept the offer by placing a signature on the order.
We do our best to satisfy our customers’ needs in the shortest possible time. We attach great importance to the effectiveness of our actions and we are flexible – we will customise everything to our customer’s needs. Industrial relocations are carried out in close cooperation with persons that are delegated to this task, and in the case of trade fair shipping services – trade fairs specialist will take over all responsibilities associated with the service.
